Welcome to Supamail! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Supamail, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Overview

Supamail is an AI-powered email assistant that:

• Summarizes emails into simple one-line insights.

• Consolidates multiple emails from the same sender into one summary.

• Categorizes emails into Important, Transactional, or Promotional.

• Creates AI-powered smart replies based on context.

• Provides custom notifications and daily digests.

  
  

Supamail currently integrates with Gmail only. Future integrations may be added.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age in your country) to use Supamail. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Supamail, you agree to:

• Provide accurate login credentials and keep them secure.

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Not misuse the app for spam, fraud, or unlawful activities.

• Respect intellectual property and not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Supamail offers a subscription plan at $4.99/month.

• A 7-day free trial is available for new users.

• Payments are processed via the Apple App Store (and Android Play Store when available).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your App Store account.

6. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We use 256-bit encryption to protect your information.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• You may disconnect your Gmail account and request data deletion at any time.

7. Service Availability

• Supamail may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Features may evolve as we improve the app.

8. Intellectual Property

• Supamail, including its design, features, and technology, is our intellectual property.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Misuse the service (e.g., for spam or unlawful activity).

You may cancel anytime via your App Store account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Supamail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees (if any) in the last 3 months.
